Q: How much is
shipping?
A: We ship free all jewelry if your total order is
$89.00 or more. Under $89.00 we charge a
flat 5.00 shipping and handling charge.
Shipping for art print orders are 16.95.
International shipping is 18.95 per order.
Q: Who makes
your jewelry?
A:
Approximately 60% of the jewelry you see is made
by Navajo or Zuni Artists that I work directly
with. The other 40% is purchased from traders,
who on the average have been in the business for
30 yrs, some of them multi-generational. Their
reputation in the business is impeccable and
centers on their commitment that the jewelry is
by made Native American Artists.
Q: Is my order refundable?
A: Yes, absolutely. All orders can be returned
within 30 days for a full
refund, if returned undamaged.
Q: Can I call by phone to order? I am little
nervous about shopping on the Internet?
A: Yes, please, I take quite few orders by
phone. (952) 448-7651(PST) 9to5
Q: Do you take PAYPAL?
A: Under development.
Q: When will my order be shipped out and how?
A: We try to ship all orders 48-72 hrs,
sometimes same day! They are sent by Priority
Mail.
Q: What happens if my order is lost in the
mail?
A: Each order is sent with a "delivery
confirmation" which has a tracking number and
can be easily found thru the US Postal Service
online site.
Q: Can I get something shipped overnight?
A: Yes, certainly, just email me or call me and
for a fee of $15.00, your order will be sent
FedEx overnight
Q: Do you do custom work?
A: Yes, quite a bit of it. Just email me or call
me and we can discuss in detail the jewelry and
which of my Native American artists would be
right for the work. I can also send you some
samples of other custom work. To date, I have
not had one customer unhappy, only ecstatic!
Q: Can I get a different length in the Liquid
Silver necklace and other necklaces?
A: If you would like a longer or shorter length
in a necklace, please e-mail me and I will
contact you. In most cases, we can do it! Liquid
silver usually comes in 16", 18", 20" ,24" and
also different quantities of strands such as 5,
10, and 20. With all other necklaces in
turquoise, lapis, or coral, we can actually make
the exact length you want!
Q: If I enter my email to put on your mailing
list, can I take it off when I want and will it
be sold to other companies?
A: Yes, you can request to be removed any time
you wish. And No, your email or other
information is never sold to other companies.
Q: Is all the silver, sterling?
A: Yes, everything, but I think two pieces which
are silver-plated.
Q: Do you do rings? I don't see any on the
site.
A: Yes, we do them! They are done custom. I can
send you pictures of rings we have done and then
discuss with you price and which artist might be
best suited for the project.
Q: Can I get my order in a gift box?
A: Yes. The cost is $4.50. Just put in the
"Shopping Cart Notes" that you would like a gift
box and I would manually add the $4.50 to your
total. The $4.50 includes the extra cost on
shipping because of the weight.
Q: What kind turquoise is used?
A: We use domestic turquoise from the following
mines Sleeping Beauty, Turquoise Mountain,
Apache Turquoise, Lone Mountain, Kingman. And we
also use high quality Chinese turquoise used by
many Native American artists now because of the
incredible colors and matrixes in the stone.
Q: What is the monthly newsletter about?
A: Customers and people who sign up receive
advance notice of specials and other discounts
and also upcoming products.
Q: In your Newsletter, I have seen you
mention that you’re going on buying trip and if
anyone wants you to keep your eye out for
something, you will.
A: Yes, regular customers have specific items
they are looking for and can’t find anywhere
else—like inlay hoop earrings or a matching
bracelet or earrings to a piece they already
own. They give an idea of price and some
specifics and put it on my shopping list and off
I go! The list keeps getting bigger and I am
batting close to 1000 with what I have bought
for customers. This is a lot of fun for me, I
walk around the Rez and the places I buy and
look thru customers’ eyes, trying to feel what
they would like.
